What are the delivery times and costs?

Schimmel offers you the choice of different delivery methods:

STANDARD DELIVERY: Free delivery. Estimated delivery times: 3 to 5 business days*.

Please note: orders placed after 3pm, weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.

The carrier will make 3 delivery attempts; at the end of the third attempt, the package will be redirected to our warehouse.

Since all orders are processed automatically, we cannot change the shipping and delivery times.

Regardless of the delivery method selected, Schimmel. will inform you by e-mail about the status of your order. You can also track the delivery status by logging into your account.

For payments by bank transfer, we send the orders from the receipt of the payment to our account.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and start from the date of departure of our workshop in Paris. From France, delivery can take longer than estimated due to customs clearance delays in the United States and in European countries outside the European Union.

*Business days are days of the week from Monday to Friday with the exception of statutory holidays.

How to check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and clicking on the tracking number associated with your order. Also, as soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with the package tracking number.

Do we have to pay taxes and customs duties?

Schimmel delivers orders on the basis of the DDP (duty paid rendered), which means that we bear the import charges.

Is it possible to buy articles as gifts ?

Yes, articles that you order can be shipped as gifts.

On the shopping cart page, you can specify that this order is a gift. We will not put a price on the receipt and we will send out priceless documents. You can also add a message with the item.

If the recipient doesn’t like it and wants to return the item, he can do so and the refund will be made on your card according to the method of payment.

Is it possible to get your order from the store?

You can pick up your order from our shop.
