How can I return or exchange an article ordered on Schimmel.com?
You can return any product ordered on the Schimmel-paris.comcom website within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in its original condition and packaging, its conditional return label and instruction booklet.
Upon receipt of your parcel, an e-mail confirming the acceptance of your return will be sent to you.
Refund of the value of the returned products will be received within 14 days.
Returns are offered.

How do I return my order?
Schimmel. offers you returns of your articles if they do not give you complete satisfaction within a legal withdrawal period of 14 days, in their new state, of origin, packed, labeled and not worn.
To return one/more items of your order:
1) Contact our customer service at + 33 1 48 00 08 81 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, our advisors will arrange the removal of the parcel at your place of work or at your place of work by our carrier.
2) Return the item(s) to their original packaging, with labels, with their conditional return label. Place them in the shipping carton.
3) Include the return voucher with your package invoice.
4) Close the package and paste the TNT/Chronopost return label on it. Give the package to the TNT/Chronopost driver during its passage.
In order for the carrier to remove the package, you must be available at all times during the pick-up time in order to deliver the package to the carrier. Schimmel will not be held liable for packages left unattended before removal by the carrier.
You can also return the item by the shipping method of your choice to the address indicated below. However, if you decide to ship your item with another carrier, Schimmel. cannot be held liable for packages lost during transport, and the shipping costs will be at your expense.

Please note that any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty or altered or without the attached label will not be accepted and will therefore be returned to the customer.
We are sorry but we do not accept return to the store. All returns must be made according to the above procedure.
Can I return a gift?
To return an unwanted gift, contact our customer service at + 33 1 48 00 08 81 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm or at the following email address: email@example.com to arrange the return of your products.
The refund will be made with the person who made the purchase on the means of payment used at the time of purchase.
No refund can be made to the recipient of the gift.
If my piece has a defect, what should I do?
You have 48 hours to notify us of a defect in the item you received. We will find a solution together as soon as possible.
